Who We Are
This website is operated by Boris Cepeda, a pianist, conductor, and educator based in Atlanta, Georgia, USA.

What We Collect
We collect information only when you provide it directly:
- Contact form: name, email address, phone (optional), message.
- Opus & Wine reservation form: name, email, phone, number of guests, dietary requirements (optional), message (optional).
- Newsletter subscription: email address only.
- Payment: handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store or process payment card data. Stripe’s privacy policy applies to all payment transactions.
We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or analytics tools that identify individual visitors. Our hosting provider (Vercel) may log anonymous request data for security and performance purposes.
How We Use Your Information
- To respond to your enquiry or confirm your reservation.
- To send you studio letters, if you subscribed. You may unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email.
- To process your event contribution via Stripe.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Your Rights

- Contact and reservation enquiries are retained for up to 24 months.
- Newsletter subscriptions are retained until you unsubscribe.
- Payment records are retained as required by applicable law.
