Terms of Participation
Opus & Wine Salon Series

What You Are Reserving
Opus & Wine is an intimate cultural event, not a commercial concert. Your contribution secures your place at a private salon: an evening of music, conversation, wine, and food hosted by Boris Cepeda at his Atlanta residence. Contributions are made in support of independent cultural programming.
Contribution Amounts
Guest · $250
Full participation in the evening: concert, wine, food, and conversation with Boris.
Patron · $500
Everything the evening offers — plus your name listed as Patron in the printed and digital programme of Boris Cepeda’s Carnegie Hall recital at Weill Recital Hall, New York, on October 15, 2026.
Cancellation by Guest
- 30 or more days before the event: full refund.
- 14 to 29 days before the event: 50% refund, or full credit toward a future Opus & Wine event.
- Fewer than 14 days before the event: no refund. However, your place is transferable — you may pass it to another named guest by notifying us at contact@boriscepeda.com before the event date.
- No-show: no refund.
To request a refund or transfer, write to contact@boriscepeda.com with your name and reservation details. Refunds are processed within 14 days.
Cancellation or Postponement by Boris Cepeda
If the event is cancelled or postponed for any reason — including illness, force majeure, or circumstances beyond our control — all guests will receive a full refund within 14 days, without exception.
In the event of postponement, guests may also choose to transfer their place to the new date.
Recording
Boris Cepeda reserves all performance rights. Audio or video recording of the event by guests is not permitted without prior written consent.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Fulton County, Georgia.
